How do I start a return?Updated a month ago
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery, on first-time shipments only. To process your return, please contact our customer service team HERE to authorize the return and send you our return address. You can use the carrier of your choice to return the approved order, but we do ask that it is trackable and that you provide us with the tracking number. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide return shipping labels.
At this time, we are not able to offer refunds or returns on international orders or sale items.
Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.
