If your tracking shows as delivered, but you can't find your package we recommend doing the following:

- Give it time! Shipping carriers may mark the package as delivered when it is still in transit. In these instances the package usually gets delivered in 1-3 days.

- Be sure to check all possible locations of delivery around your address and with any other members of your household.

If you still have been unsuccessful in getting your package after 7 days of the tracking information showing as delivered, please head on over to our contact form and give us a shout!
