If your tracking shows as delivered, but you can't find your package we recommend doing the following:

- Give it time! Many times carriers accidentally mark as delivered when the package is still in transit, in these instances the package usually gets delivered in 1-3 days.

- Be sure to check all possible locations of delivery around your address.

- Reach out to your local post office.
